For this episode Lucy is joined by none other than nutritionist icon Emily English, or as you may know her, Em The Nutritionist. 

Emily and her infamous recipes have truly taken the social media world by storm! Her renowned strapline, 'food you want to eat, designed by a nutritionist' perfectly encapsulates her approach to nutrition, creatively blending methods rooted in scientific evidence, with all the sexy stuff that makes you feel good!

In this episode, Emily shares a very real and raw insight into her own experience with an eating disorder, and how, by seeking professional help, she was able to break free and re-write the story of who she was and what she was capable of achieving. 

We learn about Emily’s inspirational route into the world or nutrition, where her deep passion for food comes from, and what tools she used to ultimately become the very best verison of herself.
